Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Zephyr Language Atelier. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our educational services, located in Rome, Italy.

1. Enrollment and Academic Commitment

By enrolling in a course at Zephyr Language Atelier, students agree to participate actively in their chosen English language instruction. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit or full course fee as specified in the course description. We pride ourselves on boutique, personalized instruction; therefore, spaces are limited and held on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. For cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the course start date, a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable but may, at the discretion of the Atelier management, be applied as credit for future courses.

3. Conduct and Professional Environment

As an academically rigorous institution, we maintain a culture of mutual respect. Zephyr Language Atelier reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student whose behavior is disruptive to the learning environment or inconsistent with our boutique brand values.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the course of instruction, including custom-designed curricula, worksheets, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Zephyr Language Atelier and are intended for the personal use of the student only. Reproduction or distribution of these materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zephyr Language Atelier shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services or the inability to attend scheduled sessions due to force majeure events in Rome or elsewhere.
